Professor Brian Churchyard, Managing Director
Brian is a results-oriented and Industry Gold Award-winning leader with an extensive career in construction, engineering, and energy management. He possesses a stellar record of leading cross-functional teams to drive performance and achieve “value for money” focused objectives within the contracting, consulting, and supermarket end-user sectors.
Nabil Cook, Technical Director
Nabil is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the IOR Technical Committee, and a published research author with a Master’s in Engineering from Imperial College London. With 12 years of industry experience, he has worked in consulting, component sales, industrial contracting, research and development, and plant OEM, allowing him to develop a rich, well-rounded perspective on the sector.
James Bailey, Operations Director
James is an apprentice-trained Mechanical Engineer, Chartered Engineer, Master’s Degree Graduate, Fellow of the Institute of Refrigeration, published author, and RAC Cooling Industry Gold Award Winner (2022). With 20+ years of industry experience, he has worked in contracting and consulting across a range of technical and senior roles.
Akhil Dev, Technical Manager – India
Akhil is a mechanical engineer with seven years of industry experience and is a Bachelor of Technology graduate from Kerala University, India. He is an associate member of the Institute of Refrigeration (IoR) and ISHRAE Trivandrum Chapter.
Chris Griffiths, Technical Manager – UK
Chris is 2nd generation refrigeration engineer and Member of the Institute of Refrigeration with a Bachelor’s degree (honours) in Building Services Engineering. His 12 years of industry experience includes service, installation, design and project management in commercial, retail, industrial, and high-end residential Refrigeration and Air Conditioning applications.
Garry Turner, IoT Director
Garry has over 30+ years refrigeration, built environment and IoT/data management systems development experience. Garry has significant knowledge in the contracting and consulting sectors and grew a former business into one of the UKs largest and most successful refrigeration consultancies before setting up an IoT remote monitoring, data gathering and connected systems business.
