On the 22nd of September 2022 at the RAC Cooling Industry Awards, James Bailey won the evening’s most prestigious accolade – The Gold Award. The awards judges summarised James as “An engineer with a passion for developing technology matched by a passion for developing people. James Bailey is a worthy Gold Award winner.”
